LAG in Morocco: Participation in FoodExpo, Casablanca

From December 6-8, 2018, Logistics Alliance Germany (LAG) took part in Casablanca’s FoodExpo for the first time. The LAG stand facilitated many interesting discussions, and provided opportunities to present the work of the Alliance, the Matchmaking Services in particular. These services were received with widespread interest not only from those operating within the Maghreb region, but also in Turkey and the United States.
The fair was most strongly attended by Turkish exhibitors, who comprised 20 out of the 55 total stands. In contrast, only six stands were from Moroccan companies, and only a handful of European countries were represented. As a result, the LAG stand received a high amount of attention from the fair’s visitors.
